Manual quality monitoring

AI citation monitoring worksheet

Use this worksheet periodically to record representative, non-personalized prompt observations. Results vary by provider, model, account, location, and date. A mention or citation is not proof of rank, accuracy, endorsement, or future visibility; no result guarantees referrals.

Repeatable method

  1. Choose the same small set of neutral prompt categories and avoid leading brand-name prompts.
  2. Record provider, model if shown, date, broad location context, and whether browsing/search was enabled.
  3. Record only observable mentions and linked sources; do not infer hidden ranking.
  4. Check cited pages for factual accuracy, current dates, working links, and consistency with visible clinic information.
  5. Compare trends cautiously and log needed content corrections separately.
